Biography

I have used game theory to model how hosts can selectively assemble microbiomes and how cooperation evolves within microbiomes (see doi:10.1186/s12915-021-01142-w, and doi:10.1086/657622), and I currently work on applying statistical models to account for error in biodiversity surveys, including microbial life (see http://arxiv.org/abs/2211.12213).
